Tuesday: Ravens Sagamore Rye Celebrate the NFL's Baltimore Ravens with this ultra smooth Maryland Rye Whiskey. Made from 100% Made from a blend of High and Low Rye whiskeys that are triple blended and aged 4-6 years. 9.25
Wednesday: Rittenhouse Rye Think of a sun-drenched meadow: grass, mint, hot rock and flowers, all of it vibrantly warm. The nose is repeated almost exactly in the mouth, with the addition of the sweet-dry wood of the warehouse. The herbal intensity is why rye makes a great Manhattan. 9.25
Thursday: Sazerac 6 Year Rye A Kentucky straight rye whiskey made of at least 51% rye grain and aged for 6 years in new charred American oak barrels. Bottled at 90 proof. Orange zest, clove and dried dark fruits on the nose. 11.25
Friday: Maker's Mark Straight Bourbon Whisky Smooth and approachable with an easy finish, unlike harsh whiskies that “blow your ears off.” 11.25
Saturday: Kentucky Gentleman Generous sweet wood and caramel aromas. A relatively viscous attack leads to a moderately full-bodied palate. Lingering, flavorful finish. Well balanced and straightforward with a slight burn. 8.25
Sunday: Elijah Craig Bottled exclusively from a dumping of 70 barrels or less, all drawn from the middle to upper floors of the traditional metal clad rickhouses. It is the original Small Batch Bourbon, having been made available even before the term was invented. 9.25
