Suspended – Conclusions About Blueberries

Composed of a beer from a house culture that lives in a single red wine barrel from Old Westminster Winery so the beer is incredibly rare (it’s one of 10 kegs!). After the beer matured in oak for 8 months, Suspended took the precious fifty-ish gallons of funk-forward Brett beer in that barrel and fermented it in a tank in July with 100+ lbs of fresh 2021 vintage Maryland blueberries from 5 Sisters Farm in Sykesville. It’s been fermenting and conditioning on those blueberries until a few weeks ago when it went into keg to condition more. 100% naturally carbonated.
