Blended Lambikken originating from 7 different Sherry Barrels, 3 Amontillado Barrels, 2 Oloroso Barrels, and 2 Palo Cortado Barrels that were sourced with 2 different bodegas: Josefa Perez Rosado and Fernandez-Gao. The average age of this Lambic is 28 months at the moment of bottling. 3/4ths of the 5 different Lambiken used was brewed by 3 Fontaine and about 1/2 of the cereals of these brews were Pajot-grown.
