From the brewers: "This is our first beer brewed with Norwegian Kveik yeast! Kveik is an ancient farmhouse yeast from Norway that ferments hot and fast, producing some incredibly potent tropical fruit notes. We then triple dry hopped it with Ekuanot, Azacca, & Ella. Hazy, fruity, dry, and satisfying."
